BIG NEWS – Bring a Friend FREE Opening Night!
MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT! For the first time in Lifest history, you can bring a friend FREE on opening night, Wednesday, July 11th! Anyone with a Lifest ticket (either 1-Day or Full event) will receive free admission for one guest on opening night only. Help us make this the biggest kick-off night ever!
Opening night on Wednesday, July 11th features Grammy Award winning artist, Switchfoot, plus former founding band member of Korn, Brian Head Welch. In addition, the band Downhere, with lead singer Marc Martel who recently appeared on American Idol as part of the Queen Extravaganza showcase, will also perform. Additional performers will also take the stage.
Our keynote address that evening will feature long-time friend, Reggie Dabbs, giving a heart-stirring and challenging message. Our true heart is for opening night of Lifest to be an outreach to those who might never otherwise come to a Christian event or step foot in a church. But we need your help!
“Every year we hear people say they wish so-and-so would have come with them,” says Bob Lenz, Founder and President of Lifest and Life Promotions. “Yet we know there are some people who are hesitant to step foot inside a church, let alone a Christian concert. Our hope is that because familiar bands like Switchfoot and others will be there, that this will be the year they come, especially at the free invitation of a friend. We know that once they experience what Lifest is really like, they’ll want to come back for more… and hopefully leave with a sense of purpose and meaning that they didn’t have when they came through the gate.”
In addition to regular ticket holders being able to bring a guest for free, anyone with a military ID is welcome to attend on opening night free as well. This is being continued from when it was first introduced at Lifest last year with much success.
