Lifest has switched to iTickets for our ticketing system. This will allow us to provide customers with a print-at-home ticket! If you purchased your ticket prior to April 1st you should have received an e-mail informing you how to obtain and print your tickets (Please check you spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive this e-mail). TICKET TYPES
CHILDREN & YOUTH
Children 7 and under are free.
Youth, ages 8 - 12, are half off regular prices (but not available on Reserved Seating). Please purchase tickets based on your child's age at Lifest.
GROUP TICKETS
The group discount is available on orders of 10 or more Full Event or One-Day Tickets in any combination (includes Youth tickets). You may not add-on to a group order at a later date and still receive the group pricing unless your second order consists of a minimum of 10 tickets. Be sure to select the group tickets on the order page to receive this price. If you order 25 tickets on the same order, you will receive one free ticket. For groups of 50 or more tickets, see the information on our Super 50 Group Plan.
SUPER 50 GROUP TICKETS
Groups of 50 or more are entitled to receive lower rates at a substantial discount for an extended period of time. For every 50 tickets you purchase, you will receive two free tickets to use at your discretion. This program ends May 31, 2009. Discounted pricing information, group order forms and promo material is available by emailing us.
ONE-DAY TICKETS
You may choose to attend Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday with your One-Day Ticket. There is no charge to attend Sunday, although there is a $5 parking fee that day. The Sunday program includes a worship service and final concert. You may not stay overnight at a campsite with a One-Day Ticket.
PARKING
Overnight Parking is designed for campers who do not want to fit their vehicle on their site or for guests staying at a campsite. This parking pass is $20 and is good for the entire event. It can be purchased at the event or in advance. New in 2009: We are contracting with a towing service who will impound any vehicles not parked on their campsite.
General Parking is located at the Winnebago County Park. It is $20 for the Full Event, $10 per day or $5 on Sunday. There is no Overnight Parking allowed at the park. These passes can only be purchased at the event.
RESERVED SEATING
To get the best seat by Grandstand, purchase Reserved Seating Tickets. These Full Event Tickets are available on a limited basis and we have sold out the last two years. Youth prices are not available with Reserved Seating. Children 7 and under do not need a Reserved Seating ticket but must be accompanied by an adult with Reserved Seating to enter. If seating becomes full, small children will need to move to a parent’s lap. Reserved Seating no longer includes a Reserved Parking Pass.
CAMPING
Camping is not included with your event ticket purchase. It must be purchased separately.

TICKET INFORMATION
We have switched to iTickets for the ease of print-at-home tickets. If you have already purchased tickets, you will receive an email with instructions on how to print at home. If you did not receive this email or have any questions, please call 1-800-955-LIFE or email mary@lifepromotions.com.
• Your print-at-home tickets are your ACTUAL TICKETS for admission into the event.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE EVENT WITHOUT THEM.
• If you lose your tickets before the start of the event, you may re-print them from iTickets.
• Remember, each ticket has a unique barcode. Only the first scan of the tickets will allow entry into the event. Keep your tickets in a safe place.
• A $3 service fee will be applied to each ticket and campsite purchased in advance.
(no service fees are added at the event)
• Your order must be placed on or before midnight (Eastern time) on the cut-off date to receive the listed price. Mail-in orders are accepted based on postmark.
• Tickets will be exchanged for a wristband at the event. Tickets are transferable; wristbands are not transferable.
• You may convert a One-Day Ticket to a Full Event Ticket at the Ticket Tent at Lifest.
• You may upgrade a Full Event ticket to a Reserved Seating ticket at Lifest based on availability.
• Mail-In orders should be postmarked by July 3, 2009 to ensure that we receive them in the office before we move to the festival grounds.
• Advanced tickets sales end at midnight (Eastern Time) on July 7, 2009.
Lifest is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets. In addition, Lifest is not responsible for bodily injury or personal property loss at the festival.
