Far too many youth pastors and leaders don’t make it very long in youth ministry. And a shortened time in ministry means less effectiveness. The National Network of Youth Ministries has identified five keys that help youth pastors/leaders keep going in ministry for the long haul thereby increasing the impact they can have on the next generation.
