Mike Vanlaningham is a retired Bible professor and pastor. He served for four years as the theologian in residence at Harvest Bible Chapel in Elgin, Illinois. Before that he was a Professor of Biblical Studies at the Moody Bible Institute where he taught for almost 20 years. He has a Ph.D. from Trinity International University, and served on the staff of churches in California, Nebraska, and Illinois.
