Prime Seating

ON STAGE SEATING

Purchase On Stage Seating in addition to your event ticket. On Stage Seating is located on the Grandstand deck – you can’t get any closer to the performance unless you join the band! You will have a side view of the stage and there will be a dedicated sound system for the best mix. View may be obstructed.

RESERVED SEATING

Purchase Reserved Seating in addition to your event ticket. You can expect the best sound as well as a great view. With Reserved Seating you don’t need to carry your chair in and out every day! You can enjoy other activities and stages throughout the day and take your seat in front of the Grandstand when your favorite band starts.

  • There is no youth discount for prime seating.

Camping

TENT CAMPING

Sites are approximately 15′ x 20′ and may have multiple units, but you must stay within the marked boundaries. We typically sell out of tent sites before the event. If you’ve purchased a tent site in an area other than Pleasantville or Grand Acres, you may not park a vehicle or camper on your campsite – no exceptions. Vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Electricity, water, and tables are not provided.

GROUP TENT CAMPSITES Group camping is available in Back 40, The Alley, Shady Acres, and Youth City Edge. Your group will receive one large block approximately the size of 10-12 sites. It may be irregularly shaped due to trees. As long as you stay within the marked boundaries, you may use your discretion on the number of tents at your campsite. You may not park a vehicle or camper on these sites – no exceptions. Vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Electricity, water, and tables are not provided.

ELECTRIC CAMPING

Most electric sites are 20’ x 30’ but there are extra long sites available that are 20’ x 45’. If you purchase a 30 amp or 50 amp site, you are allowed to run an air conditioner. Sites may have multiple units, but you must stay within the marked boundaries. Your vehicle must fit on the site or you will need to park in the County Park. Water and tables are not provided. Be sure to bring adequate extension cords (approximately 50’).

Easy Access

  • Receive your wristband(s) in advance in the mail. All other purchased items should be picked up at Will Call in the Ticket Tent.
  • Easy Access allows campers to arrive on Wednesday, July 10th, between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Everyone in your vehicle MUST have their wristband on in order to enter on Wednesday – no exceptions. The Ticket Tent does not open until 8:00 am on Thursday so we cannot exchange tickets for wristbands on Wednesday.
  • On Wednesday, campers will need to go through the Winnebago County Park to help with traffic and will then be able to enter Gate 1 (Hwy Y) or Gate 4 (Hwy Y). The gate on Hwy 76 is closed.
  • On Thursday, campers with Easy Access will need to go through the Winnebago County Park, but will be able to skip the long “wristbanding” line. You can enter the grounds from Gate 1 (Hwy Y) or Gate 4 (Hwy Y).
  • Walk-In guests can skip the ticket exchange line at the Ticket Tent.
  • Easy Access orders will be shipped the second week of June.
  • You will receive an email the day we ship your package so you know when it is coming.
  • Easy Access must be purchased by May 31, 2025. If you do not purchase Easy Access by this date you will have to arrive on Thursday at 8:00 am when the grounds open to the general public.

The $60 charge is PER ORDER, not per ticket. Click here to purchase.

IMPORTANT: Wristbands that are lost or have been tampered with will not be replaced.

  • Seek the help of another person when applying your wristband.
  • Be sure to apply the wristband securely but not too tightly. Leave one finger distance of space between your wrist and the wristband for comfort and security.
  • To avoid damaging or losing the wristband, apply it the day you come to the festival.
  • Wristbands may be checked for proper application by staff.
  • Wristbands are required at all times while on the festival grounds. Patrons may be subject to ejection with no refund if you take off or tamper with your wristband for any reason.
  • If you have an issue with your wristband, please report to security or the Ticket Tent immediately.

    • If you are camping in Pleasantville, Pleasantville Electric, Electric Central, The Ave, or Grand Acres, you should enter Gate 1 (Red) on Hwy Y.
    • If you are camping in any other camping village, you should enter Gate 4 (Blue) on Hwy Y.
  • You must have your camping vehicle pass in your front window (left side) with your cell phone number printed clearly.
  • Gate 1 (Hwy Y) and Gate 4 (Hwy Y) are open 24 hours beginning Wednesday at 5:00 pm.
  • If someone in your vehicle does not have a wristband, you cannot arrive on Wednesday. You must wait for Thursday when the Ticket Tent opens at 8:00 am. You are required to enter through the Winnebago County Park on Snell Road to enter the camping line to exchange your ticket for a wristband.
