Grandstand Meet & Greet

We are offering a new opportunity to meet your favorite Grandstand artists. You will have access to the Grandstand Meet & Greet Tent where you will be able to get autographs and pictures with the best performers in Christian music (space is limited). The tent also includes complimentary water and a charging station. The Meet & Greet schedule will be posted in the tent each day. We cannot guarantee which artists will be available for Meet & Greets before the event. Artist autographs will still be available at artist merchandise locations based on the discretion of each artist.

Prime Seating

ON STAGE SEATING

Purchase On Stage Seating in addition to your event ticket. On Stage Seating is located on the Grandstand deck – you can’t get any closer to the performance unless you join the band! There are only 100 stage seats available for each evening. You will have a side view of the stage and there will be a dedicated sound system for the best mix.

RESERVED SEATING

Purchase Reserved Seating in addition to your event ticket. You can expect the best sound as well as a great view. With Reserved Seating you don’t need to carry your chair in and out every day! You can enjoy other activities and stages throughout the day and take your seat at the Grandstand when your favorite band starts.

  • We’re sorry, there are no refunds on any Lifest purchase.

Camping

PRIMITIVE CAMPSITES

Sites are approximately 15′ x 20′ and may have multiple units, but you must stay within the marked boundaries. We typically sell out of primitive sites before the event. Your vehicle must fit on the site or you will need to purchase an Overflow Parking Pass for $20. Electricity, water and tables are not provided.

GROUP PRIMITIVE CAMPSITES
Group camping is available in Back 40, The Alley, Shady Acres and Youth City Edge. Your group will receive one large block approximately the size of 10-12 sites. It may be irregularly shaped due to trees. As long as you stay within the marked boundaries, you may use your discretion on the number of people and cars at your campsite. You can photocopy your Camping Vehicle Pass for each car that will be parked within your boundaries. If you run out of space, you will need to purchase an Overflow Parking Pass ($20) for each vehicle that does not fit. Electricity, water and tables are not provided.

ELECTRIC CAMPSITES

Most electric sites are 20’ x 30’ but there are Extra Long sites available that are 20’ x 45’. If you purchase a 30 amp or 50 amp site, you are allowed to run an air conditioner. Sites may have multiple units, but you must stay within the marked boundaries. Your vehicle must fit on the site or you will need to purchase an Overflow Parking Pass for $20. Water and tables are not provided. Be sure to bring adequate extension cords (approximately 50’).

  • On Thursday, campers with Easy Access do not need to enter the camping line in the Winnebago County Park. You can enter the grounds from Gate 1 (Hwy 76) or Gate 4 (Hwy Y). You cannot enter the Main Gate from Hwy Y on Thursday due to the camping line.

IMPORTANT: Wristbands that are lost or have been tampered with will not be replaced.

  • Seek the help of another person when applying your wristband.

  • To avoid damaging or losing the wristband, apply it the day you come to the festival.
  • Wristbands may be checked for proper application by staff.
  • Wristbands are required at all times while on the festival grounds. Patrons may be subject to ejection with no refund if you take off or tamper with your wristband for any reason.
  • If you have an issue with your wristband, please report to security or the Ticket Tent immediately.
  • Upon entry at any gate, everyone in the vehicle should be visible and display wristbands to security personnel.
  • Everyone (ages 8 and over) in your vehicle must have a wristband properly applied prior to arriving at Gate 1 (Hwy 76) or Gate 4 (Hwy Y).

Camping FAQs

  • OPEN – The Main Gate opens for campers at 8:00 am on Thursday, July 12th. Registering over 2,500 campsites is a long process. Thank you ahead of time for your patience!
  • ARRIVAL – Please follow the traffic signs on Hwy 76. You should enter the Winnebago County Park from Snell Road. The camping line will take you to the Main Gate where the Ticket Tent is located. We will scan your tickets and wristband everyone in your vehicle. You can purchase extra tickets or stop at Will Call if you don’t have everything you need.
  • CELL PHONE NUMBER – Make sure your cell phone number is written on the Camping Vehicle Pass which you should place in your vehicle’s window.
  • EXIT AND RE-ENTRY – After you have made it through Camping Registration and everyone has a wristband in your car, you can use Gate 1 or Gate 4 (open 8:00 am to Midnight) for exit and re-entry. If someone in your car needs to exchange a ticket for a wristband, please use the Ticket Tent entrance again – Main Gate (Gate 2 – open 8:00 am to 11:00 pm). Remember to keep your Camping Vehicle Pass or Overflow Parking Pass in your window for proper identification so your car can re-enter the grounds.
  • PARKING – If you only have a Camping Vehicle Pass – you must park on your campsite. If you have an Overflow Parking Pass, you may park in the East or North Lot (depending on ground conditions). Some campgrounds have limited Overnight Parking available – watch for signs “Permit Parking Only.” If you park in any other area, you will be towed.
  • BOUNDARIES – Please stay within your marked boundaries. Typically, the flags are placed in the middle of your sites. If you need more space, you can buy an Overflow Parking Pass for $20 for your vehicle. If you need to purchase another site, you may need to move to a different location.
  • Campsite prices are for the full event.
  • Volunteers with a campsite can enter the grounds on Wednesday, July 11th between Noon and 10:00 pm.
  • Main Gate opens Thursday at 8:00 am.
  • Campers are not allowed to set up after 11:00 pm out of respect for neighbors. Camping check-out is no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 15th.
  • Overflow Parking Passes allow you to park a vehicle on grounds if you don’t want to park on your campsite. You can purchase this pass online or at the Ticket Tent for $20. The pass allows you to go to your campsite to unload. Once your vehicle is unloaded, park your vehicle in one of the overflow locations. Please watch for signs indicating the appropriate parking areas. PLEASE WRITE YOUR CELL NUMBER ON YOUR OVERFLOW PARKING PASS.
  • Parking rules will be strictly enforced at Lifest. Too many campers have parked in other campsites or in areas that need to be clear for emergency vehicles. If you put your cell number on your Overflow Parking Pass or Campsite Pass, we will notify you before calling a tow truck. If you are towed, you will need to pay the fine.
  • Ice can be purchased at the Lifest Store or the Lifest Food Shack.
