Upgrades
Add these to any event ticket for the best seat at the Festival Foods Grandstand — or a moment with the artists.
No need to carry your chair in and out every day. Enjoy other stages, then take your seat when your favorite band starts.
Meet your favorite Grandstand artists. Space is limited.
Stay on the grounds
Over 2,500 campsites, from tent villages to 50-amp RV sites. Campsite prices cover the full event, and everyone at your site needs their own event ticket.
Tents only — campers, RVs, cars and other vehicles aren't allowed unless noted. Sites are about 15′ × 20′; you'll pick your exact site at checkout.
For pop-ups and tents. Cars may park on the site if there's a tent or pop-up on it — in a wet year you may be asked to park in the County Park.
Electricity provided (amperage as listed). Water and picnic tables aren't provided — bring ~50′ of extension cord. Adapters are sold at the Lifest Store.
One large block about the size of 8–10 sites (it may be irregularly shaped because of trees). Use as many tents as fit inside the marked boundaries. No vehicles or campers in Back 40 or Shady Acres; vehicles are allowed in Youth City Edge but may be asked to park in the County Park in a wet year.
Extras
Campers: get on the grounds a day early — arrive Wednesday, July 7 and set up camp before the gates open Thursday. Detailed 2027 arrival info will be emailed to Wednesday Access buyers.
Add the official 2027 festival tee to your order and wear the weekend home.
General parking is at Winnebago County Park — enter from Snell Road (330 E Snell Rd). $20 Full Event or $10 One Day (2026 rates). Overnight parking requires a Full Event parking pass. Drivers with a state disabled parking permit are directed to the accessible lot.
Skip the service fee
Adult and Youth Full Event and One Day tickets are sold at Festival Foods stores across the Fox Valley — with no service fees. In-store dates for 2027 will be announced.

Ticket info
Still have questions? We're happy to help.
We use iTickets for print-at-home tickets. After you buy, you'll get an email with your tickets — they're your actual admission, so keep them safe. Each ticket has a unique barcode and only its first scan is admitted. You'll get your camping pass when you arrive.
Lost or forgot them? Email us before the event and we'll resend them, or we can reprint or scan them from your phone at the Box Office.
Tickets are exchanged for a wristband at the event. Tickets are transferable; wristbands are not. Tickets and other Lifest items may not be sold or exchanged on the festival grounds.
At the Box Office you can upgrade a One Day ticket to Full Event, convert two Youth tickets into one Adult ticket, or convert two One Day tickets into one Full Event ticket. Conversions may not be available on complimentary or specially priced tickets.
The Box Office at the main gate (Gate 2) is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Reserved items such as seating lanyards are picked up at Will Call.
Orders must be placed by midnight (Central) on a price deadline to get the listed price. You can't add tickets to a group order at a later date.
We're sorry, but there are no refunds on any purchase. Lifest isn't responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets — physical tickets, promotional tickets, wristbands and coupons are treated as cash.
